Villa "Los Anos Locos" is beautifully situated on a 2000 sq.metre garden with a large private terraced swimming pool. South facing - this will insure you sunlight throughout the day. In addition there is an interior walled garden area with built-in barbecue for private entertaining. The Naja (balcony) is glassed enclosed with full length tuscany arched windows which open fully in the summer. In the lounge there is a fully equipped entertainment area with wood burning fireplace for cosy winter evenings. The third bedroom is designed as a separate apartment, with 4 beds and is perfect for visiting relatives! The villa is fully furnished and equipped, completely modernised and renovated (including central heating) and in an extremely quiet residential neighbourhood. You will be a 5 minutes drive from the beaches and shopping and there are several restaurants within walking distance. In addition there are 3 golf courses nearby and a small library in the villa for your reading pleasure. This villa insures a quiet, private, and care-free holiday!
