Villa "Sharonade" is a luxury home with 3 bedrooms,sleeps 8.Farmhouse style country kitchen with large dining area a brand new Flat screen TV wall mounted,with free to air sat. The Naya is closed in,with relaxing wicker furniture and a wine dresser it has a lovely view of the swimming pool, so if you want to stay out of the sun but see your family swimming or relaxing by the pool you can.The large lounge has beamed ceiling, 3 seater sofa,and a 2 seater sofa,AC. 2nd TV has free to air Sat TV has DVD and VCR.bring your own card for more programmes.The Lounge, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom has air conditioning, the rest of the rooms have fans.The villa has central heating. All 3 bedrooms are of a large size and have fully fitted double wardrobes. The master bedroom has a bathroom with a separate shower cubicle en suite and AC. There is a large American style shower room for the other 2 bedrooms.The villa is very private and in a quiet location with orange and vine groves around the villa.Pick your own oranges from our orange trees and have freshly squeezed orange juice in the mornings.The sandy beach is only 1km away which takes approx 7 - 10 min's (depending on age)to walk to.The restaurants,bars,shops,cafe's are also 1km away. The supermarket is only 2 min's walk.It has a large garden with a beautiful BBQ and is very suitable for families with children and the elderly.
