Probably the FINEST VIEW in Spain? This spacious tranquil South facing villa is located overlooking the Bay of Javea, with air-conditioning, private pool, which is not over-looked. This accommodation is 'up-market'hence it was featured in the BBC's "Living in the Sun" programme in 2007! The discerning guest wishing to relax can 'do their own thing' in complete privacy here. There are said to be 500 restaurants in Javea and a 3-course meal with wine costs from £5.50 (€8, US$10). With these prices is it worth cooking?
The Guests' Suite has 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room & 1 twin bedroom with bathroom opposite. There is a double sofa bed and also a spare single bed so that we can accomodate 7 persons.
It is very well equipped and has SAT, TV, DVD & CD player plus an 'all-electric 'kitchen so that there are no gas bottles to run out whilst you are cooking!
ADSL. This villa has a 1Mb. Internet facility available for £10/week extra.
INSURANCE. Normally we are in residence above but you will neither see us nor hear us, unless YOU wish to do so! It is re-assuring to know that when you have a problem, sopmeone is on hand to solve it. Medical help is available FAST when you need it! We are members of a Private Ambulance Service which holds a map of where we are located so that in the unliklely event that you require urgent medical treatment, you/we can call this service to take you to hospital. This is just one of the 'little extras' avilable to our Guests. Guests have been involved in a car accident, car broken into or a doctor is required. Don't worry if we are here.
TELEPHONE. We will lend you a mobile phone to call us whilst you tour around. Jsut another another of the EXTRAS that put "Finca Inca" above the other accommodation!
Steps may make this villa un-suitable for an invalid.
