With 5 bedrooms and a sofa bed the whole villa can sleep 10-12 people. It is ideal for 2 families as each floor may be self-contained simply by locking the connecting door.
The upper level (available in July and August only) comprises 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living/dining room and kitchen. Outside there is a roof terrace, and a large covered balcony overlooking the pool. This leads to one of 2 entrances into the lower level.
The downstairs apartment (which is available all year round) sleeps 4-6 and consists of a master bedroom with en suite, patio door and blinds; there is a twin bedroom, a separate bathroom, utility room, kitchen and lounge, plus dining area with seating for 6. The lounge and bedroom doors open on to the terrace, with table, chairs and barbecue. This overlooks the swimming pool, beside which there are 6 sun loungers, 2 tables and 2 umbrellas.

Javea has 12 'miradors' - places offering panoramic views - and there are many quiet walks all around the area. The Jalon Valley is only a short drive away and is stunningly scenic. Javea and most of the nearby towns have weekly markets. Javea boasts a large, sandy beach ('The Arenal'), framed by a promenade with cafes, bars and restaurants to suit every taste. Javea Port nestles into the side of the cliff, which extends to the San Antonio lighthouse. The Port is an interesting and lively area and can be a boarding point for boat trips along the Costa Blanca from Denia to the north and Altea to the south. The old town of Javea is 'a must' to see, with its ancient church, cobblestone narrow streets and indoor market. It has a friendly atmosphere with several tapas bars, which are well worthy of a visit. There are many local fiestas, their pageantry and fireworks all adding to the flavour of the area.
