LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION !!! The apartment is situated in the prettiest and most convenient part of the Arenal area, overlooking the marina (not other apartments) with the beautiful Arenal beach on your doorstep (just 100 metres away) as well as 2 swimming pools within a 2 minute walk - Rates start from just £140 per week low season or any 4 weeks for £450 between Nov and Feb.
You also have all the shops, restaurants and nightlife right there within a 2 minute walk!
The apartment has recently been refurbished. It has 3 bedrooms, a new modern bathroom (inc powerful shower, bath, toilet & sink), extra toilet with sink, modern kitchen, large lounge/diner (with 1 double and 1 single sofa bed) & a large balcony overlooking the marina with fantastic country and sea views.
We have an English speaking representative in Javea who is on hand should you have any problems.
The apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom. There is also 1 double and 1 single sofa bed in the lounge.
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and clean linen and towels for the apartment will be provided. This is included in the rental price.
There are 2 large tables with chairs, one on the balcony and one in the lounge.
There are fans in every room for those warmer days but there is usually a lovely breeze through the apartment. There are also plenty of heaters in the apartment for the rare colder nights out of season!
There is a washing machine, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer in the kitchen and a TV, DVD player & Music Centre in the lounge.
You also have access to the roof for drying washing or sunbathing (why waste those rays - you can do both at the same time)!
We keep a stock of DVDs and games for all ages/tastes. Please feel to use them and we welcome any new additions that you may wish to leave behind.
Cots and High Chairs can be rented from our car rental company.
To get to our apartment, you can fly to Alicante or Valencia both are about a 1 hour drive from Javea which lies between the two.
