A splendid 5 bed detached villa (sleeps 10) with private swimming pool is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in an elevated position with beautiful views of pine forests, hills and the sea. The spacious accommodation also includes lounge, dining room/ Naya, fitted kitchen, 3 bath/shower rooms and balcony. Lovely beaches, good restaurants and Javea and La Sella golf clubs are only few minutes drive away. The old town of Javea and the port area are worth a visit, as is a drive through the hills and olive/orange groves The upper level contains 3 double bedrooms. Full length fitted wooden wardrobes and storage areas are fitted to the 2 main bedrooms. The family bathroom has a matching bath, shower attachment, wash-hand basin, toilet and bidet. The lounge has a beamed ceiling and is fitted with a 3 piece suite covered in burgundy suede material, satellite TV, wood burning open fire, Indian rug, full length class cabinet with wine and other glasses, table, wall and central lights and double wooden doors leading to the dining room/naya.
