The area “Aldea de las Cuevas”, where the house is situated, is an established urbanisation of about 150 villas. It is a very calm area with beautiful surroundings of high mountains and unspoiled nature. There is a childrens’ club, bar/restaurant and tennis club for use by guests and residents of the urbanisation within a 2 minute walk of the house. The beach is only 15-25 mins drive away and there are spectacular views down the valley to the Mediterranean.
Denia and Javea are both small coastal resorts with a great family feel all year round as well as a good nightlife in the summer season. If you want to make excursions to bigger cities you have Benidorm only 25 minutes away and Valencia and Alicante can be reached within an hour.
