The lower level has separate lockable access,its own bedroom and sofa bed in the lounge,bathroom and kitchenette making it ideal for Grandparents or teenagers needing space! Close to a park and two restaurants and only 2.5km to the beach and many delights of Javea.Javea Golf Course is 15 minutes away and La Sella Golf Course is 25 minutes by car, while the Club de Golf Ifach is only 20 minutes by car in Moraira. Views of the Montgo Mountain can be seen from both the lounge and main bedroom. . NB:Winter Rentals: the pool is not a heated pool. The replacement of the bottled gas in winter becomes the clients responsibility as it is impossible to predict usage. The villa is 75km north from Alicante Airport and approx 80km south from Valencia Airport.
