Set in the beautiful hillside area of Cumbre del Sol by Moraira, the villa is surrounded by unspoilt country and landscaped parkland with spectacular views to the sea. The villa is convenient for the most important Mediterranean seaside resorts of Moraira, Javea and Calpe. At La Cumbre there is a supermarket, banks, chemist, bar and two restaurants, all within walking distance of the house. Cumbre del Sol has wide roads, extensive lighting, riding school and a beautiful secluded beach. The beach is also a popular location for scuba diving and cave diving for the more adventurous visitors. There are a number of good golf clubs in the Moraira area and walks and horse rides can be taken in the adjoining parc natural reserve of Granadella. A longer walk takes you to the beautiful Granadella Cove.
